I was born and raised in Costa Rica where my  life was split living in the city and also in the family farm; out in the country, very rustic. The dogs, cows, chickens and horses were my friends most of the time; thus starting developing a relation with animals that is very deep inside of me. I  moved to US in 1981 living in Fresno, where I attended  Fresno City College and graduated as a Radiologic Technologist, profession that I still practice and love; but my biggest passion is my love for dogs , which the family is often growing….  I  enjoy and love being with dogs, watching them play and interact.   I  treasure the memories and the lessons I've learned from my past and present pets as well as the guests that have left our space and are now in pet heaven.  I have become a better person because of them .Besides being a dog lover and advocate, I foster for : 4 LOVE OF THE PAWS RESCUE and proud to have been able to help save and place dogs in amazing homes. I also help with rescue networking and fundraisings for local groups to help pets in our community. Despite the hard work with fundraising, I enjoy the comradery, and meeting people with similar passions and hobbies.
